Homebuyer Journey - Your Biggest Decision Made Easy!

Stage 1: Sales Agreement

Welcome to Integrity Homes! We are excited that you have trusted us in making one of the biggest purchases of your life. Your community sales manager will be your principal contact throughout the buying, building, and settlement process. After you have decided which model and home site is right for you, the community sales manager will prepare your final sales agreement and collect your earnest money deposit.

Stage 2: Finance Your Home

A loan approval is an important step in the purchasing process. Our diverse group of preferred lenders will be instrumental in obtaining an approved loan in a timely manner. Our preferred lenders have a vast array of loan programs and competitive rates to best suit your financial needs. For more information on our preferred lenders, please see Finance Process.

Stage 3: Design Center

Now the fun begins! You will be able to personalize your new home at our Design Center. You will have a personalized consultation with a design center professional who will assist in making the interior selections for the home you have always envisioned.

Stage 4: Construction

Your home is now taking shape! You will be invited to meet with our construction and sales personnel several times as we go through the construction process together. The pre-construction, pre-drywall, and pre-orientation meetings are described in greater detail in the Construction Process tab.

Stage 5: Settlement

Approximately thirty days prior to settlement, you will receive a letter from Beth Alexander (our settlement manager) giving you the details about your settlement, including: date, time, and location. We will work with you, your lender, and the title company to ensure you are prepared for your settlement.


Integrity Homes commitment to you does not end at settlement. Your new home is protected via the Integrity Homes Warranty Program. This warranty program provides you the opportunity to address warranty items for up to a year after settlement. In addition, we provide an extended warranty program obtained through the Professional Warranty Services Corporation that provides you added confidence and peace of mind!
